He was a Gentleman to you
He wasn’t to me
You saw the nice side
You don’t want to know what I have seen
You got the dates and the flowers
I had to deal with his frustration
In the late hours
During the day he was very nice
During the night you would cross over
Without thinking twice
No one saw this side which was kept hidden
It was like a never ending dream
One day you will be forgiven
For all the things that I have seem
