Buju Banton Still a Great Artist

This Poem is in response to something I read on FB about Buju Banton.  I not going to get into the details of the charges and why where and how.  What we need to accept that drug taking ins rife in the Music Industry.  They only have a small window of opportunity to give us an high energy performance, the pressures must be vast.  The industry is to blame for every drug misuse issue that these artist have.  At some stage it is introduced to these young starlets and from then on it becomes the norm..

#90 Justice Rings True
They try to silence him
This they cannot do
He stands for justice
He stands for truth
His voice rings out clear like a bell
He speaks of things that others don't dare tell
How many times have we seen this happen?
It is a well used pattern
If liberty you protect
We need to come forward and stand correct
They have us scared to protest
You can never keep a good man down
And truth always wills out
They have blood on their hands
These are the true murders
If I listen intently
I can hear your shout
You cage us control us
You can monitor what we eat and drink
One thing they can never do
Is control what we think
