You walk past me like nothing happened
and because it was long ago
it really doesn’t matter
you walk past me like I was nothing
not realising I am the catalyst that can change all this
you have no regards for what you have done
the day is coming
when you will be the one on the run
time is drawing close
when all those you treasure
will be hurt the most
a life of lies and deceit
for things that happened
that we cannot repeat
we all have our judgement day
what can you do to make amends
I have no answers
for all your oh so loyal friends
your life will dissolve
there will be no redress
all those you have tried so hard to impress
will finally see you for what you are
when I chose to reveal my ugly scars
I have protected you for too long
I hold the power
I hold the key
finding it hard to quell this hate in me
