Stop exposing your children to unwanted attention coz you so want to be 'LIKE'd'

I am tiered of friends and family and acquaintances posting pics of their ohh so adorable child, nephew, grandson or whatever.  Do you not realise this is just circulating your child's image to unsolicited views.  Where do these pictures end up? once they have been liked and shared to a group of people that you do not know.  Come on do you not see this.

I have never been one to ogle at babies in prams and coo in that oh so stupid voice reserved for a 'particular cute baby'.  face it they look cute coz they're small end of.  They all look much the same and at that stage not many of their features have come in anyhow.  Well I don't do it, it is annoying and most times it is disingenuous.

#211 I will not ‘LIKE’ your child

Why oh why is your child online?
there are pictures of mucky faces
pictures of child in cool places
pictures with a grin
pictures of every occasion
do you not read the papers?
online is where paedophiles
like to lime
they scan through school pictures
then hope and pray they see that child
so they can strike up a conversation
then it’s ‘do you want to go for a ride?’
then next minute they are on a news file
as we watch the parents pain
as we watch them cry
as they slowly lose their minds
do they not realise they gave their child on a plate
so next time you want to upload
think carefully
are you really that bold
that desperate for a ‘LIKE’
now I don’t do ‘ooh!’ and I don't do ‘ahhh!’
coz one child to me looks much the same
as long as they are healthy
don't care if they are wealthy
is it not your duty to keep them safe?
shouldn’t they get a chance to decide
when they go online

and have their face broadcast all over the place
